Jon Taylor is the CEO of TTG Capital, bringing dynamic leadership and strategic vision to the firm. A seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years in the F&O sector, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in derivatives trading and market analysis. Prior to his current role, Jon showcased his leadership capabilities heading Transmarkets' European offices before ascending to CEO of Tower Trading Group. His entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen were evident when he successfully orchestrated a management buyout of TTG Capital's shareholders in 2023, marking a significant milestone in the company's evolution.

Christian Browne has built a distinguished career in the Exchange Traded Derivatives space, driven by a passion for innovation and operational excellence. After earning a BSc in Economics, Chris began his professional journey in 1999 at Macfutures, one of the UK's pioneering electronic trading companies. Following Macfutures' acquisition by Refco, he was appointed Global Head of IT for Marex Trading Services. In this role, Chris led the development of a global electronic trading platform and supporting infrastructure, setting new standards in operational efficiency and scalability. In 2005, Chris embarked on a new venture with ICAP, focusing on internalisation of derivatives, before co-founding Tower Trading Group in 2008. As Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of TTG Capital Limited, an FCA-regulated entity, Chris oversees the firm’s technical and operational architecture, ensuring it remains at the forefront of electronic trading innovation. With over two decades of experience, Chris continues to drive industry advancements while staying deeply involved in the evolving landscape of electronic trading.

Martin is a long-standing non-executive director of the Group, its General Counsel and Chair of TTG Capital’s Remuneration Committee.
Martin is a corporate lawyer of 25 years+ standing, formerly a partner at Nabarro LLP (now CMS) where he co-chaired the Equity Capital Markets Group and prior to that was Head of Capital Markets at McGrigors (now Pinsent Masons). Martin is also a director of law firm Punter Southall Law through whom he manages the office of General Counsel.

Sundip is an experienced finance professional with extensive background in the financial services sector, particularly in derivatives and banking, since 2003. He holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from UCL (2001) and became a qualified accountant in 2006.
Sundip led the Finance function at Winchmore Capital for 13 years before spending 3.5 years at Hoares Bank. Since joining TTG in 2022, he has implemented numerous efficiencies, process improvements and manages all aspects of financial reporting and oversight.

Ollie is a seasoned financial services entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the derivatives industry. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force in shaping the industry's landscape, notably being one of the pioneers of the transition from floor-based trading to electronic screens.

With a deep-rooted passion for derivatives, Ollie has built and managed successful businesses both within and outside the industry. His extensive experience has equipped him with a keen eye for the ever-evolving dynamics of the derivatives markets.

Ollie is currently focused on contributing his expertise to TTG, where he works alongside other executive team members to develop and grow the business. His wealth of knowledge and innovative approach continue to make him a valuable asset in the financial services sector
